Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Enable Maldives website (enablemaldives.com) and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
Enable Maldives provides web design, SEO, social media marketing, and domain brokerage services. The specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each project are agreed upon separately through a project proposal or service agreement.
Project Agreements
All project work is governed by a separate project proposal or service agreement that outlines:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Revision policy
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project proposals. Unless otherwise stated:
- A deposit is required before work begins
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each month
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work product (designs, code, content) created specifically for your project becomes your property. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and templates used in the development process remain the property of Enable Maldives or their respective owners.
Domain Marketplace
Domains listed on our marketplace are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices are subject to change without notice. Domain transfers are initiated within 48 hours of confirmed payment. All domain sales are final.
SEO Audit Guarantee
Our SEO audit service includes a satisfaction guarantee. If the delivered audit does not meet your expectations, you are not obligated to pay. This guarantee applies to the audit deliverable only and does not extend to ongoing SEO services.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information as requested
- Provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure you have the rights to any content or materials you provide to us
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Limitation of Liability
Enable Maldives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits paid for uncompleted work will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of the Republic of Maldives.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
